Totally Agree! These shared spaces play a massive role in the way we interact with a product and seem to be only addressed when a product is "overhauled" or goes through a major update. They should be looked at for continuous improvement just like the individual spaces they contain. From the perspective of... perspective. The way a user experiences a company or product is _through_ that shared space.
How do users think of companies like Shopify or Mailchimp or Figma or Bank of America or Epic? They "login to it".... yes, there's lots of features and products inside... but those companies ARE the shared space to many.
