I thought it’d be a good moment to take a look back on the first half of the year.
This post is where I process through why I wanted to start this substack thing in the first place.

I’m searching for words to explain my thoughts - they’re all jumbled up inside and come out in bits and bursts. Figure those bits and bursts will be about newsletter sized perhaps?
So I’m going to publicly grasp for these words by writing a bunch of stuff down and see if we can’t figure it out together.

An Examined Life
Reflecting on my life, how I live it, and how I want to live it. Trying to pull lessons out for myself and sharing with others in case it’s helpful.
Small hurdles can cause big friction. Accept it.
I sit (or stand) at a desk most of my awake time and it was time to move my body more. Super easy, barely an inconvenience. There’s a treadmill 10 feet from my desk. I can get a quick run in anytime. Before work? After work? Mid-day? How awesome! Solved.
